Please find below the terms and conditions for the use of the Walsh Jewellery website. We reserve the right to vary and make amendments to these terms so please read them before making a purchase. By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old, that you have the authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so.


TERMS OF USE

The following terms and conditions will apply to all purchases made via the website or telephone. Throughout these terms of sale, “we” refers to Walsh Jewellery and “you” refers to you our customer. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to jurisdiction at the English courts.

We have taken every step to ensure that the information displayed on the website is correct. If you require any further clarification please contact us. Walsh Jewellery offer no warranties as to the accuracy and completeness of any content included on the website.

Due to variants in computer monitors we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of the colours within our images, we do however, try to ensure that this is as accurate as possible.

All prices shown are in pound sterling and include the VAT rate of 20%, unless clearly stated. Walsh Jewellery reserves the right to change the prices at any given time, the price will be confirmed after purchase via an email.


READER OFFER

The Free of Charge bespoke design offer is only valid if the render is proceeded and the item of jewellery is paid for in full, otherwise a payent of 200.00 pounds is payable.


TERMS OF SALE

The full price of your order must be paid for before we send any part of the order. The order is binding after you have received the order confirmation and details from us, and the payment for the goods is cleared. All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.

PAYMENT

We are pleased to accept orders online through our secure server. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorised by the card issuer. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

All orders will need to be processed with a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. Please Note: The address for delivery will be the same as the billing address.

Please ensure the address given for delivery is secure as responsibility for loss or damage of the items passes to the customer at the point of receipt of goods. If someone without authority signs for the delivery/ purchase at the address given by you, Walsh Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for any resulting loss or damage incurred.


ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your order has been received you will be sent an automatic email to confirm the order has been placed, a second email will be sent when your order is dispatched.

CANCELLATION POLICY

According to the distance selling regulations you have 7 days after receipt of goods to cancel your order. You are then required to inform Walsh Jewellery of cancellation by email, fax or letter before returning the goods using the same standard of postage as used for delivery. The goods must be in their original unworn condition with all packaging and documentation included at time of posting.

It is your responsibility to ensure safe delivery of cancelled orders back to Walsh Jewellery. This will be done at the customer’s own expense. A full refund excluding original postage costs will be given. Please note returns are not permitted on custom made or special order items.
